Is there a minimum order?

A minimum order policy as follows is  £75 and this applies on all orders.

 

How do I secure my booking?

We require a 50% deposit paid at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable six weeks before the event.  Deposits are non-refundable, transferrable and cannot be exchanged for a credit note.
Please ensure you have read full terms and conditions upon this.

 

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed via phone, e-mail or through the website contact form. Alternatively, you can also write a private message via Facebook or Instagram.

 

What is your change in policy for hiring?

Please be advised in the case of cancellation by the Client deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a credit note.

​Cancellation must be made in writing. 

The Client may cancel an order but will forfeit their deposit.

28 days before the event date: no refund

Longer than one month before the event date: No refund on deposit

(under any circumstances which are either out of my control or the client's control)

All cancellations and date changes are to be requested in writing for the consideration of the Hire Company.

 

How long can I hire the props for?

We usually deliver our props to your venue on the morning of your event and collect them from your venue the day after. Sometimes we may need to deliver them to your venue the day before the event to ensure that you get them on time. Please note there may be a supplementary charge for night-time collections, but this may vary depending on location and time of year.

 

Do you have a showroom?

Our business is only young and at this stage, our catalog is online only. 

 

How can I pay for my order?

Via bank transfer or PayPal

 

What happens if something gets damaged?

We understand accidents do happen, we require a bond for our hire items. If something gets broken, we will let you know the amount we require to cover the breakage. It is equal to the cost of replacement value. The amount will be deducted from bond or invoiced to the customer.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery, Please contact for a price 

 

Can I arrange ‘after hours’ delivery or collection?

Yes. We offer after hours delivery and collection. Additional charges apply.

 

Do you have full public liability insurance?

All of our clients and their venues can rest assured that our freestanding flower wall walls, and all of our other hire products, are fully insured up to £10 million.

 

Are you flower walls Fire retardent?

All our Flower and foliage Walls are fire retardant.
